Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lovebot Inc.,
following are the terms and condition that constitute our policy.



All sales are final unless the product is a damaged or defective product. All artwork sales are nonrefundable. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

  • After your payment is authorized, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process the order. And, you will receive the package depending on the chosen shipping method. Due to the weather, large demand, holidays and so forth, delivery delays via different carriers can occasionally occur. 
  • We currently offer Global shipping

  • Please note that Lovebot Inc. is not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing consumer goods.

How if I receive a defective/wrong or damaged item?

Please note: we are unable to process any return damaged items without being notified.  

If your product is damaged or defective, to complete your return, Lovebot Inc, requires a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us a clear picture stating the problem within 14 days of delivery to info@lovebot.com We will require you to return the package to us to send you the replacement. If the package came damaged, we will file a claim with the carrier.


  • Lovebot Inc. guarantees the best customer experience, therefore, we will accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. After we have received the return package and after inspection, we will issue a full refund to you.
  • Because Lovebot Inc. commits to distribute official Lovebot products in high quality and speed, we will process cancellation request within 2 hours after placing order. If the package is refused or returned without contacting us first, a return fee, shipping costs and 25% restocking fee will be applied on your original order.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or replacement item the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

May I change the mailing address/recipient name for urgent reasons?

Yes, we will process the request only before shipping. However, please understand there is a $10 surcharge will be applied to your account.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

After Lovebot receives a return package with previous notice considered, please allow four weeks at most to see the refund on your account. However, we usually refund you quickly.

Lovebot does not accept responsibility for shipping, shipping delays or shipping errors during or around events and holidays such as Valentines day, Christmas, Birthdays etc.

We do however file a claims with the carrier when applicable.
